q: After adding Buffer A2, the bacteria liquid is viscous. Can it shake violently?

Answer: No! Gently invert 4-6 times to clarify, avoiding interruption of genomic DNA.

Q: Low plasmid yield?

Answer: Check the amount of bacteria and whether ethanol is added to Buffer W2; Buffer EB preheats 50-60 ℃ for elution to improve efficiency.

Q: How do I save Buffer A1 with RNase A?

Answer: Store at room temperature before adding enzyme, refrigerate at 2-8 ℃ after adding enzyme, and use up within 6 months.

Q: Do you have glue cutting/sol skills?

Answer: Fast cutting glue under ultraviolet lamp (reducing glue block); Sol 50-60 ℃, ensure that the glue block is completely dissolved.

Q: Can primer dimers be removed?

Answer: Yes! 100bp to 10kb fragments can be recovered, removing <100bp impurities.
